Treat those coming for you with hospitality and kindness and don't be afraid. "I am with you" says Jehovah. The Last Days of this Wicked System of things are quietly coming to their end. "I will whistle for them and gather them together; For I will redeem them, and they will become many, And continue to be many." (Zechariah 10:8) That whistle will soon come to a stop and the preaching work will be no more. The invitation to come to know the true God Jehovah by the means of Jesus Christ will no longer be available to those who refuse to listen. "He has raised up a signal to a distant nation; He has whistled for them to come from the ends of the earth; And look! they are coming very swiftly." (Isaiah 5:26) Exciting times for the faithful are here! Will you listen and keep on living?
"The very pillars of heaven shake; They are stunned by his rebuke. He stirs up the sea with his power, And by his understanding he breaks the sea monster to pieces. With his breath he makes the skies clear; His hand pierces the elusive serpent. Look! These are just the fringes of his ways; Only a faint whisper has been heard of him! So who can understand his mighty thunder?” (Job 26:11-14)
At you all your enemies have opened their mouth. They whistle and grind their teeth and say: “We have swallowed her down. This is the day we were waiting for! It has arrived, and we have seen it!” (Lamentations 2:16)
Jehovah God will see that his servants have a place of security when this system of things comes to its end is indicated by his prophetic invitation: “Go, my people, enter into your interior rooms, and shut your doors behind you. Hide yourself for but a moment until the denunciation passes over. For, look! Jehovah is coming forth from his place to call to account the error of the inhabitant of the land against him.”—Isa. 26:20, 21.
When Jerusalem’s temple was destroyed by Babylonian hands in 607 B.C.E., worldly nations rejoiced, even surrendering fugitive Jews to their enemies. When they come for you, treat them with hospitality and kindness and don't be afraid, "I am with you" says Jehovah. The grinding of the teeth should give you a clue that these ones represent the apostates and opposers. Read Isaiah 34 for emphasis as to their fate... this marks the end the separation work and the beginning of Christ's Millennial Reign will be ushered in.
